If your PIMS is not directly integrated with HappyDoc, you can still "sync" your appointment list in HappyDoc with your appointments in your PIMS via a CSV upload.
Reach out via support to enable the Import Appointments feature for your account.
From the List View or the Calendar View, click Import.
Download the example CSV file. This example file outlines the data points required or optional for appointment upload:
Visit ID
Visit Doctor
Visit Scheduled At time
Appointment Duration
Visit Type
Patient ID
Patient Name
Patient Sex
Patient Breed
Patient DOB
Patient Species
Contact ID
Contact First Name

In your PIMS, create and save a report that exports a CSV with the desired fields. Reference the sample CSV file to ensure the data is structured appropriately for the import.
From the Import Appointments modal, select Click to Upload or drag your CSV file into the dotted box. Select Next to map data points.
Map your clinic's data on the right to the appropriate HappyDoc data on the left. Select Import Appointments when you're ready to import your data!
