View key metrics for your clinic!

The HappyDoc Insights Dashboard is constantly evolving with new graphs and data points added regularly. These data points can help you understand your clinic's usage and where there are opportunities to improve!

By Default, your Dashboard is filtered to show All Doctors together. Change this to see only one doctor at a time or a handful of doctors together. You can also select a desired timeframe.

The practice total will always show in the blue callout box on each graph giving you a reference point in just one glance. In this case, Dr. Rachel and Dr. James together generated 72 records in the given timeframe while the practice as a whole generated 313.

Time Saved

See how much time your clinic has saved automating the creation of records, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than data entry.

Time Saved is calculated by assuming that you save an average of 6 minutes per patient seen with HappyDoc!

Records Generated

Records Generated reflects the admin workload being lifted from your staff by counting every unique type of medical record created with HappyDoc. Each unique type of document counts as a separate record but multiple versions of the same document type do not. For example, if you generated HappySummary and HappySOAP for Fluffy but have 2 versions of each, we will count 2 medical records.

Visits Seen

Track level of adoption within your practice with Visits Seen. This counts the number of visits seen with HappyDoc in comparison to the total number of visits seen by your practice. For example, if Dr. Heather is using HappyDoc primarily for basic appointments, while Dr. Smith relies on it for a wide range of services like annual exams, walk-ins, dental procedures, and surgeries, Dr. Smith is unlocking more value from the platform by integrating it more fully into his practice.

Increasing adoption of HappyDoc throughout your practice results in more efficiency and more value.

Time Spent in Visits

This graph offers a breakdown of how time is distributed across various visit types, like wellness exams vs sick appointments.
