If your document output isn't quite what you expect or you feel it's missing key parts of your conversation, review the troubleshooting tips below.
Ensure all clips were used in the document. First, make sure all clips were used to generate your most recent document. You’ll see a yellow clip if it was not used to generate a document. Generate a new version of the document to incorporate the latest clip(s).
Check the transcript. Check the transcript and confirm that it captured what you think it should have. For example "She's going to get her rabies vaccine in the right hip and her lepto in the left which is good for one year." doesn't specifically call out that Rabies AND Lepto are good for one year and does not specifically call out that lepto was administered in the left hip. Your document will likely output something similar to:
Vaccine: Rabies, right hip.
Vaccine: Lepto, left, good for one year.
Navigate to the Patient View, find the clip and under the 3 dot menu, open the transcript.
Confirm there's a corresponding field. If the information is included in the transcript, check to see if there is an appropriate field in your template for the information to go. For example, if you talked about pet insurance but you don't have an insurance field in your document, the information might not be captured correctly.
Regenerate the document. Try regenerating the document! Select a document from the dropdown then click Generate or click the Retry button at the top of the document.
Consider adding Custom Instructions. Consider adding custom instructions to a field if you see a theme in details you'd like to be included in a field that consistently are not. For example, if you read the prescription lot number out loud every time but HappyDoc doesn't capture it, add "Report the prescription lot number, if mentioned." Read more about Custom Instructions here.
Thumbs down. If you've tried all of the above, use the thumbs down icon at the top of your document to provide a short description of what just isn't doing it for you. We review this feedback regularly to improve our quality.
Medical term misspellings? Our system is trained on variety of medical terms but occasionally we do still miss some. You can add medical term misspellings by clicking on the flag icon at the top of your document. This will add the misspelling to our ever-growing glossary of terms.
