Pre-load or add visits ahead of the day's start to ensure efficiency in your workflow. There are three ways visits can be added in HappyDoc:
Directly from your PIMS! Patients are automatically sync'd overnight in prep for the upcoming day. Alternatively, click Sync at any point to pull newly added patients.
Today we support Avimark, Cornerstone, Impromed, Vetspire, and Shepherd.
Manually Add Patients: Select the appropriate Doctor then click Add Visit.

Enter the Patient's name and, optionally, the ID.
āNote: To add a multi-patient appointment, use the word "and" between pet names. HappyDoc will automatically generate records for each patient.Press Enter to automatically add the patient without needing to move your hands from the keyboard and clear the fields to add another patient!
Scheduled Time automatically increments allowing you to enter multiple patients in a row with ease.
