Step 1: Set up your Caller ID
Go to Settings and select Phone
Enter your clinic's phone number β this is what clients will see when you call
Add a reference name (e.g., "Main Line") and click Save & Verify

Step 2: Verify your number
You'll receive a phone call with a 6-digit verification code
Type the code shown on screen into your phone when prompted
Once verified, your Caller ID is ready to use

Step 3: Add your phone number
Enter the phone number where you'll receive calls (your desk or cell phone)
This number stays hidden from clients β they only see your Caller ID
Add a reference name and click Save
Step 4: Make a call
Open the phone dialer from any patient record
Select your verified Caller ID and your phone number
Dial the client's number and press Call

Step 5: During & after the call
Here's how the call flow works:
Your Phone Rings β Answer to connect Client Connected β They see your clinic number Auto-Transcribed β Recording ready in patient record
HappyDoc calls your phone first, then connects you to the client
The client sees your clinic's number, not your personal phone
The call is recorded automatically
After the call, the recording is transcribed β just like an in-person visit
