Find the Calendar View under Visits in your navigation, then selecting the Calendar icon next to the page name. Calendar View will display all records associated with the chosen date and Doctor. Filter the patients in your view by selecting a different Doctor, date, or visit stage.

If you prefer to change your default Visit view to List View vs Calendar View, you can find that option in your Settings.

Add a Record

An integration will automatically populate your records for the day. Without an integration, you can manually add records via the Add Visit button. Add and New will allow you to continue to add records while Add and Close will return you to the List View. Read more about adding visits and our tips for doing this quickly in this article!

Note: to enter a multi-pet visit, simply use the word "and" inbetween pet names (i.e. Fluffy and Skippy).

Record and Generate for a Patient

Click the blue microphone button, then ensure you have the desired document selected. Selected documents will be auto-generated if you choose Stop and Generate. If you choose Stop and Close, no document will be generated and you'll be returned to the list view for further recording. Read more about the Recording Widget in this article.

View a Visit

Click "View" in a calendar event to navigate to the Patient View. More details on the Patient View can be found in this article.
