Getting Started
Start by navigating to app.gohappydoc.com and logging in with your credentials. Once you’re signed in, open the visit that contains the documentation you’d like to print.
Selecting Your Document
From within the visit, you’ll see your generated documents — including HappySOAP, HappyEmail, HappyChecklist, and any custom templates. Click on the document you’d like to print to open it. You’ll see the full content displayed on screen, ready for review.
Printing Your Document
Once you’re viewing the document you want to print, click the print icon in the toolbar. HappyDoc will format the document into a clean, easy-to-read layout that’s ready to hand to a pet owner. Your browser’s standard print dialog will open — from there, select your printer and click Print.
The printed version is designed to be clear and professional, so pet owners can easily review their visit details, treatment plans, and any follow-up instructions at home.
Quick Tips
Review before printing: Take a quick look at the document on screen before printing to make sure all the details are accurate and complete. Any document works: You can print any of your generated documents — HappySOAP, HappyEmail, HappyChecklist, or any custom templates. Save paper: If you’d prefer to share digitally, consider using the HappyEmail feature to send the documentation directly to the pet owner’s email instead of printing. Browser settings: If the printout doesn’t look quite right, check your browser’s print settings. Setting the scale to “Fit to page” and margins to “Default” usually gives the best results. |
